Wellness Evaluations and Consulting

Tranquility provides various services related to supporting clients to manage and improve their health by performing wellness evaluations, consulting, and counseling. We focus on how lifestyle habits influence the health of our clients and work to promote a healthy lifestyle. We help our clients identify health needs, define goals, and apply strategies to meet these goals through a wide array of multidisciplinary modalities as clients progress. For instance, the consultant may work with clients to help them quit smoking, improve fitness, lose weight, or develop stress management techniques.

Nutritional, Fitness, and Motivational Counseling

Nina Smilari Stout holds a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine and is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is a board-certified Holistic Nutritionist and a Certified Personal Trainer. She has over 20 years of experience as a nutrition and nutraceutical expert; her area of expertise is functional medicine nutrition. She has coached women, men, adolescents, and elite athletes in all areas of nutrition, including digestive, hormone, energy, cognitive function, and weight management. Nina has developed over forty wellness workshops for corporations, hospitals, sports teams, community centers, and private groups. She is an active member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals, which she has published several articles for. Nina will provide nutritional, fitness, and motivational counseling as an adjunct to Tranquility’s Wellness and Medical Weight Loss programs.
